As a service provider we are liable for any content on our web page pursuant to Sec. 7 para. 1 TMG (German Tele Media Act). However, pursuant to Sec. 8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged to survey third party data transmitted or stored. We are neither obliged to investigate facts which may indicate a breach against statutory law or fraudulent activity. This does not affect obligations to remove or block the use of information pursuant to statutory law. Any related liability will only be assumed as of notification of the respective breach. As of notification of a breach we will remove the relevant content without undue delay.
